Samsung Galaxy i9003 SL - unlocked - software problem .

This phone is in excellent condition.It has a few marks around the edges from general wear and tear. Ive had this phone about 5 months 60 ono Samsung Galaxy i9003 SL - unlocked The samsung galaxy will turn on but not load the home screen. Ive been told its fixable. I no longer use this phone otherwise i would get it fixed myself. Cheap to someone who knows what they are doing.
